What is The Booking Process? Do You Ask A Deposit?
I don't require any deposit for bookings because I believe in building trust and transparency with my clients. Your confirmation via email then via WhatsApp will be sufficient for me to secure your booking and begin preparations for your special day.
However, if you prefer to have a formal contract for your peace of mind, I am more than happy to provide one. Your comfort and confidence in our arrangement are important to me, and I am committed to making the booking process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Is The Trial Included In The Price? Where does the trial take place?
The bridal trial is an optional service that incurs an additional cost, but it is not obligatory. As you can see from my reviews, many brides have chosen not to have a trial, whether due to time constraints or simply trusting in my expertise.
Your comfort and convenience are paramount, which is why I offer flexible options for the trial location. I am available to come to you at your hotel or location in Milan, or you're welcome to visit my home, which is easily accessible by car or taxi.
If you prefer to have the trial at your wedding venue or another location of your choice, I am happy to accommodate that as well. Please note that travel charges will apply in such cases, and they will be added to the overall price.

- A Sample of Lipstick ( for your touchup for the rest of the day)

Can I Book Your service For Only Makeup or Only Hair?
Yes, you can. this service is arround 1/1.30 hour.
How Long Takes Makeup & Hairstyle on My Big Day? What Do you Need ?
On your wedding day, I will arrive well in advance to set up my materials and ensure that everything is prepared for your appointment, as previously discussed. My service typically lasts around 2 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the chosen look.
Once you are ready to depart for your ceremony, I will respectfully take my leave.
Prior to the wedding day, I will kindly request that you provide two chairs and a table for my setup.
If possible, a room with ample natural light would be ideal for achieving the best results. This ensures that I can accurately assess colors and create a flawless makeup application.
To ensure optimal results, I recommend having clean skin and dry washed hair the night before. This helps to ensure that your makeup and hairstyle last throughout the day and night.
Do The TouchUp After Ceremony is Included in the Price?
Makeup touchup services are available for an additional cost, which will depend on the number of hours you would like me to stay.
